Group workout in Brooklyn Bridge Park every Wednesday from 7-8pm involving 2.5-3 miles of running with intermittent strength exercises essential for any type of runner.  Challenging for all levels.

Hot Bird Running promotes long-term wellness and a fitness focused approach to running and goal setting for all levels.
