Training sessions are just like working with a personal trainer, but with a running focus. Sessions involve running with your coach, learning proper pacing, speed training, running form, hill training, stretching and srength training as well as real time feedback and support. Each session is designed to achieve whatever your running/fitness goals are; from starting to run to losing weight to training for a personal best in a race.
