For ultimate custimization, we offer the program in two levels:*
Unlimited Nutrition Program - $600 ($200/per month)
- Initial phone consulations with both your running coach and your nutrition coach - approximately 30 minutes each.
- 12-week personalized running plan with detailed running and cross training workouts, recommended strength exercises and form drills, plus tips on how to stay injury free.
- 12-week customized nutritional plan including food suggestions, ways to better fuel your workouts and learnings about the foods you are eating.
- Customized weekly meal plans.
- UNLIMITED contact with running and nutrition coaches. You will receive ongoing modifications and support. We will update your plan weekly or as needed based on your results and your progress.
Express Nutrition Program $350
- Initial phone consulations with both your running coach and your nutrition coach - approximately 30 minutes each.

- 12-week customized nutritional plan including food suggestions, ways to better fuel your workouts and learnings about the foods you are eating
- Weekly emails from your nutrition coach with nutrition information, healthy eating tips, recipes and homework. Sample topics include: portion control, cravings, cooking tips, healthy on-the-go snacks.
- Email access to both of your coaches limited to questions about how to implement your program.
- Monthly phone check-in with your coaches.

With the Express , receive a fully personalized plan that you can adjust on your own and email access to your coaches for questions about how to implement or modify the plan. With the unlimited program, you have UNIMITED access to your coaches, receive weekly meal plans and coaches check-in with you every week and make modifications directly to your plans based on results and progress. We are there with you every step of the way.
