  • What are the benefits of hiring a running coach?

    A running coach is beneficial because they build you a personalize plan based on your fitness levels, history and goals. It is similar to working with a personal trainer - your exercises and workouts are designed for you. They help you customize and adjust based on your schedule and training performance. Our coaches know how to build plans that keep you motivated, healthy and injury free.

  • Who needs a running coach?

    All levels of runners need a coach and can benefit from personalized coaching! Whether your goal is to reach a PR time in your next race or to feel comfortable running 3-5 miles, a running coach will get you there.

  • What does a private session include?

    A private session is an hour long, outdoor, workout with a coach. Depending on goals and current fitness levels, we cover: running form, techniques, pacing and specific exercises. We will do specific workouts with you as well, track, hills or tempo runs.

  • What kind of workouts will I do?

    Workouts are customized on the individual. Examples of weekly workouts are: 4-6 hill repeats, 4x800 at a specific pace. How much and what type depends on your running and fitness levels.If you are just starting out, you might learn how to build your aerobic fitness through run/walk workouts with additional strength exercises designed for runners.

  • How much does it cost & How do I pay?

    We have a few different options for training. Privates coaching is $75-100/hr. Training plans range from $90-200/month. Please see our Services menu for a full list with descriptions. We accept cash, check or credit cards (Visa and Mastercard).

Nutrition For Running

Get ready for Spring and Summer with our customized plans! Each plan is personalized for your goals: weight loss, getting tone, feeling great. We combine expert running and nutrition advice to get you to your goals! With coaches and support every step of the way, take control and begin living your best, healthiest life.

  • Learn healthy eating habits and running routines

For ultimate custimization, we offer the program in two levels:*

Unlimited Nutrition Program - $600 ($200/per month)

  • Initial phone consulations with both your running coach and your nutrition coach - approximately 30 minutes each. 
  • 12-week personalized running plan with detailed running and cross training workouts, recommended strength exercises and form drills, plus tips on how to stay injury free.
  • 12-week customized nutritional plan including food suggestions, ways to better fuel your workouts and learnings about the foods you are eating.
  • Customized weekly meal plans.
  • UNLIMITED contact with running and nutrition coaches. You will receive ongoing modifications and support. We will update your plan weekly or as needed based on your results and your progress.

Express Nutrition Program $350

  • Initial phone consulations with both your running coach and your nutrition coach - approximately 30 minutes each. 
  • 12-week personalized running plan with detailed running and cross training workouts, recommended strength exercises and form drills, plus tips on how to stay injury free
  • 12-week customized nutritional plan including food suggestions, ways to better fuel your workouts and learnings about the foods you are eating
  • Weekly emails from your nutrition coach with nutrition information, healthy eating tips, recipes and homework. Sample topics include: portion control, cravings, cooking tips, healthy on-the-go snacks.
  • Email access to both of your coaches limited to questions about how to implement your program.
  • Monthly phone check-in with your coaches.

*The key difference between the two options is interaction. With the Express , receive a fully personalized plan that you can adjust on your own and email access to your coaches for questions about how to implement or modify the plan. With the unlimited program, you have UNIMITED access to your coaches, receive weekly meal plans and coaches check-in with you every week and make modifications directly to your plans based on results and progress. We are there with you every step of the way.
