Personal Training: Body Space Fitness
Strength training is a necessary part of maintaining a balanced and healthy approach to running and life. The trainers at Body Space Fitness work with you to develop your strength and keep you fit. Kettlebells, medicine balls, suspension trainers (e.g. TRX), top-of-the-line power racks, multi-purpose cable machines, and more will help you develop strength and functional training to the forefront of fitness and running plans.

Yoga: Mala Yoga
Mala Yoga is one of those places that you wish you could bottle up and take with you everywhere. Every teacher at the studio is wonderfully versed in alignment principles and body mechanisms. They offer basics through advanced classes as well as workshops and special classes including a highly recommended yoga for runners class!

Massage Therapy: Jennifer Mayer, LMT - Mama Moon NYC
Jennifer Mayer's deep tissue massage is a therapeutic and effective way to relieve soreness and tension in the body. She incorporates the use of pressure points to relieve tension and restore balance. She has thorough knowledge of the body and how athletes bodies, especially runners, work. She will help you recover from and avoid injury and feel better during training seasons.

Ayurvedic Nutrition: Deacon Carpenter - Daily Veda

Physical Therapy: Erica Meloe, PT - Velocity Physio
At Velocity Physio, Erica works with you to recognize and address the source of your pain, resulting in more complete and lasting improvement. She does this through a combination of one-on-one individualized orthopedic manual therapy, movement/pain education, motor control and neuromuscular rehabilitation. Our runners benefit greatly from this approach.

Podiatry/Foot Care: Dr. Ethan J. Ciment, DPM  - Chelsea Foot and Ankle
Dr. Ciment believes in figuring out the root cause of foot pain and healing his clients. He has worked with all levels of athletes. Our clients have had success after meeting him and are back on the roads quickly!
