A typical session involves running with your coach, learning proper stretching techniques, strength training, pacing, speed training, running form and real time feedback and support. Each sessions is designed to achieve whatever your running goals are; from starting to run to training for a personal best in a race.

Monthly Training Programs
Customized weekly schedules with detailed running, strength and cross-training workouts and unlimited email communication with your coach. Train for a race, improve your running routine, begin to run or create your own running goal. Available for runners anywhere.

Base Training
Our 9-week Base Training Program involves strength workouts, stamina building tempo and interval runs and hill workouts to get you ready to jump into race training at full speed. Learn how to properly build a base and improve strength to ward off injuries as you build mileage and increase the intensity.
